Stage 1 – We listen first and study the client\’s requirement and conduct a comprehensive study of the processes involved and give our input on the area of your project. An outsourcing strategy is devised that will fulfill immediate requirements, or if you choose can be carried even further to provide solutions to implement the same.
Stage 2 – We analyze to establish proof of concept even before you enter a formal arrangement by conducting a pilot project. This is a point where customers realize the enormous potential of outsourcing when they see the value that is created. Typically, a pilot program is carried out before the implementation of the live project.
Stage 3 – We discuss during development projects we use a series of Rapid Prototypes rather than rigid specifications to arrive at a functionality you require. As you are consulted at every stage of the process and because of the prototyping, we are able to make changes to applications very quickly and resubmit them for you to test. We deal with evolving specifications everyday as business models change. We have a defined process in place to ensure flawless performance during the critical phase of migrating customer processes to offshore locations.
Stage 4 – We solve and carried out at two levels. At the execution level we supervise the program to ensure the smooth functioning of operations and that agreed upon parameters of quality, productivity, and turn around time are met.
